Thoughts of Summer...

I'm definitely ready for winter to be over. We had our great snow and several days of sled riding... we went Christmas caroling... we've had way too much hot chocolate... and I'm sick and tired of bundling up every time I go outside.

I long for the warmth of the summer sun...

The fun of running around the freshly-mowed yard in bare feet...

The planning of outdoor parties and games of sand-volleyball...

The feel of wind in my hair as I ride a four-wheeler through the Field Called Beautiful...

... And I really, really can't wait to go swimming!! Every time I go over the Little Piney bridge I think of how much I want summer to be here. :)

Pancake Day!!

The Annual Kiwanis Pancake Day is planned for this Saturday (Valentine's Day!). It will be in the RHS cafeteria. Come for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Hope to see you there!!
