looks like a fun time was had while I was working my tail off in basic training.. lol Alyssa I think you like your picture on blogs.. ;) lol anyway.. I'll not have internet after this afternoon for a few weeks, but at AIT I'll get it after the first few weeks. Tomorrow is graduation from BCT, so I'm pretty excited. :) :) anyway.. gotta scoot so ttfn!
I'm thankful that the Lord allowed me to stumble across your blog while praying what to do about youth group for my oldest child.
I'm a homeschooling mom in Indiana whose oldest child is just at that jr. high age. I was able to show her your pictures (while searching for youth group service topics) and it really inspired her. She has wanted to volunteer at a local pregnancy center. They asked her today if she'd help with the bulk mailing. Because she could see other teens who had done that, she felt part of a bigger purpose.
I wanted to thank you for your blog because it helped me with my daughter to increase her vision for serving the Kingdom.
I don't know if I'll stop by again. I just wanted to thank you.
